I started out training to teach; went into theatre as a freelance stage manager. For much of my working life, I taught stage management, and was responsible for outreach at Rose Bruford College. At the age of 59 I gained an MA with distinction in Theatre Practice. I'm now mostly retired.
I'm still a committed Labour and Co-op supporter, a retired member of UCU, and belong to the Caravan and Camping Club. I now have time to ponder, and sometimes do.
"The World is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good is my religion.”
